Salary: £41,000 - OTE - £50k

The Client: Our client is a leading hire company providing full UK coverage for industrial equipment. With plans to expand the business further, this has presented an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Field Service Engineer covering the South East to join their team.
The role of Field Service Engineer:
- Service, repair, and maintain a range of industrial cleaning equipment (mechanical and electrical).
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently.
- Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules.
- Provide excellent on-site customer service, acting as the face of the business.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Manage van stock and ensure all tools/equipment are in good condition.
Qualifications, experience and characteristics of the Field Service Engineer:
- Mechanical & Electrical skills proven fault-finding, diagnostics, and repair (not just mechanical)
- Field service/mobile engineer background comfortable working on customer sites
- Experience with machinery or equipment ideally cleaning equipment, plant, materials handling, FLT or similar
- Full UK driving licence
- Confident and professional in customer-facing situations
- Strong documentation and record keeping skills
