They are looking for an experienced multi-skilled tradesperson to join the team.
The role of General Builder / Multi-Skilled Tradesperson
This is a full-time hands-on role as a Multi-Skilled onsite tradesperson and although the business is based in the North West our clients and contracts are all over the UK.
The role is a hands-on one that involves managing and leading the installation of our clients turnkey projects onsite, which are predominantly for care homes, hospitals and SEN schools. You will need to take great pride in your work as our standards are always high.
You should have extensive experience and knowledge off working on similar contracts, some of the desirables would be experience of some or all of the following:- installations of waterproof floor and wall membranes, wet floor formers and associate drainage, proficient and good understandings of electrical & plumbing systems, installation of specialist equipment, good joinery/carpentry skills, setting out, internal Doors/Frames, Studwork, Dry lining, Decorating/finishing and all other general areas of construction.
The position requires the ability for you to be able to work as part of a team, along with supervising the work of others, and communicating professionally and effectively with all clients and work colleagues at all times.
