The Client
Our client is an interior fit-out business with over 20 years of trading history who specialise in high end commercial office refurbishments. They are looking for an experienced Technical Services Manager to join their team in Manchester.
The Role
The Technical Services Manager will have responsibility for working alongside the project team, to ensure that all matters pertaining to MEP technical services are considered.
- Pre-contract: Focused on ensuring that our client provides a technically excellent solution on each and every project we seek to secure. Establishing a robust tactic around procurement & cost certainty, and working closely with the design team to establish a collaborative design solution where applicable.
- Delivery: Necessitates clarity of performance requirements of the system, adequacy checks of design, quality of installation and implementation, troubleshooting as required, and focus around final commissioning.
Our client is an established contractor with a long pipeline of work and a large varied client base. You will have autonomy in the role with prospects of progression to higher management in the company's commercial team in the foreseeable future. Flexibility of hours and remote working are also encouraged.
