Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Tiler to start asap on commercial projects in and around Manchester.
This role requires a strong understanding of construction practices, the ability to read schematics, and proficiency with hand and power tools. The Tiler will work closely with other tradespeople to deliver exceptional results on each project.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for tile installation by cleaning, smoothing, and applying necessary adhesives or underlayment.
- Measure and cut tiles to fit specific areas, ensuring precision in alignment and spacing.
- Install tiles on floors, walls, and other surfaces according to design specifications and project requirements.
- Apply grout and sealant to finished tile work, ensuring a polished and durable finish.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure seamless integration of tile work within broader projects.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, performing basic repairs as needed.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on-site.
