Manager: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Small Works Manager to join our growing Facilities Maintenance team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management and delivery of small works projects typically ranging from 1,000 to 30,000 but not limited to, across a diverse portfolio of commercial and industrial clients.
The role requires an individual who can effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standard of quality and customer satisfaction.
