They are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a House Building background to join their team. The Role of Senior Quantity Surveyor An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our clients growing house building business in Altrincham. The principle purpose of the role is to provide effective commercial management and control of projects, and to administer these in line with the applicable contract terms/statutory legislation. Key Responsibilities of the Senior Quantity Surveyor Effectively commercially manage 3 projects at simultaneously.
