The Client
Our client are a leading hire company providing full UK coverage for industrial equipment.
With plans to expand the business further this has presented an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive to join the Management Trainee programme in their growing North London team.
The Role of Management Trainee / Sales Executive
- Drive your own development forward through engagement with the training programme and pro-active self learning.
- Assist in the analysis of business performance and the levers of improvement.
- Work with the Centre Manager to build and deliver an aggressive growth plan for key markets.
- Grow customer account base via targeted cold and warm, call and visit activity.
- Assisting customers at the Centre with sales, queries and after sales service.
- Attend sales and product training sessions delivered via our in-house training academy (A mixture of; E-learning, live webinars and in-person sessions delivered in Banbury - Oxfordshire).
- Support the administration required to keep the business operating within the standards set by our client.
Required for the Sales Executive role
- A Level Education or Equivalent
- Some customer service or sales experience would be advantageous
- Clear communication, both written and verbal
- Desire to progress, willingness to work under pressure, multi-task, complete tasks to deadlines
- Full UK Driving License
