Operations Supervisor

An established facilities maintenance provider is seeking a proactive Operations Supervisor to oversee the delivery of multiple maintenance contracts across a varied client portfolios. This role is central to managing daily operations, supervising a large team of engineers and operatives, ensuring contractual compliance, and driving consistent service quality across all sites. The successful candidate will ideally possess a strong background in facilities or maintenance services, with proven leadership experience, solid contract administration skills, and a commercial mindset focused on efficiency and profitability.
