The Role
- Preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for construction and roofing projects
- Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documentation
- Pricing works properly with a focus on margin, risk and deliverability
- Engaging with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain and assess quotations
- Building and maintaining strong supply chain relationships
- Supporting bid strategy and tender submissions
- Assisting with workload planning and pipeline development
- Working closely with the commercial and operational teams
About You
- You’ll likely have experience as an Estimator or Senior Estimator within construction
- Have exposure to roofing projects (or be comfortable pricing them)
- Be commercially astute and confident making pricing decisions
- Understand how to balance competitiveness with profitability
- Enjoy working in a growing, hands-on business rather than a corporate setup
- Be comfortable taking ownership and influencing outcomes
