We're looking for an experienced Kitchen Fitter with a passion for quality craftsmanship and attention to detail to join a growing team delivering premium kitchen installations across South Wales. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, has experience fitting high-end kitchens, and can consistently deliver exceptional finishes that exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Full installation of bespoke and luxury kitchens
  • Fitting cabinets, worktops, appliances, and finishing trims
  • Reading and working from technical drawings and plans
  • Ensuring installations are completed to the highest standard
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Liaising professionally with clients and other trades on-site
  • Identifying and resolving installation issues efficiently

Requirements

  • Proven experience fitting high-end or bespoke kitchens
  • Strong carpentry and joinery skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Own tools preferred
  • Strong customer-facing communication skills
