We are seeking to recruit a Commercial Pipe Fitter/Plumber to support a variety of commercial projects across multiple sectors including industrial units, construction sites, schools, nursing homes, and public sector buildings (DBS Check will be carried out on employment).
Basic Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications (NVQ or equivalent certifications)
- Valid full UK driving licence
- CSCS Card
- PASMA / IPAF certification
- Contracted Hours: 40 hours per week
- Salary: Dependent on experience and role offered
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate job sheets and records of work carried out/materials used
- Meet deadlines and work to timescales; communicate effectively with managers and clients regarding changes or scheduling
- Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, showing initiative and responsibility
- Adhere to all Health & Safety policies and safe working practices
- Ensure punctuality and reliability in all duties
Employee Benefits:
- Company Pension Scheme
- Holiday Allowance: 20 days + Bank Holidays, increasing by 1 day per year of service (capped at 25 days)
- Overtime Pay:
- 1.5x standard rate for out-of-hours work up to 2pm Saturday
- 2x standard rate after 2pm Saturday and all-day Sunday
