We are looking for support/care workers to work in our residential care homes which are located in acres of gorgeous landscapes, just outside Launceston, Cornwall.
About you
Although no previous experience is required, it would be great if you had some care experience, either caring for a family member or within the care sector. If not, no worries! We just ask that you’re compassionate and friendly, with a great sense of humour and a desire to help others! You’ll also need access to a car due to our rural location.
- 2 week rolling rota so you know months in advance your working pattern – rare in the adult social care sector

A little about the role: We are dedicated to the care and wellbeing of people with learning disabilities by offering a fantastic and caring environment to our service users and their families. You will promote independence, celebrate achievements and engage directly with the community.
