Your Tasks

  • We’re searching for a high-performing Area Sales Manager to take control of a high-growth surgical territory and deliver serious revenue results.
  • If you understand how to sell into the NHS — including navigating NHS Frameworks, Supply Chain, and procurement pathways — this role gives you the platform to dominate your market.

  • Revenue & CM1 growth across a competitive, opportunity-rich territory
  • In-theatre selling: case support, surgeon engagement, and product pull-through
  • New business wins through proactive targeting and competitor displacement

  • Strategic sales planning to maximise performance and pipeline accuracy
