We are excited to be launching a new Italian Restaurant within The Black Bull in Polmont. We're seeking a confident individual with a variety of experience in the hospitality sector, to assist in building a strong foundation and a successful venue. With an already well-established local bar, you will have a keen interest in bringing new ideas and have an active role in driving sales. Are you ambitious, keen to take the next step forward with us in driving our social media, sales and service? Then we'd love to hear from you.

We are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, who takes pride in customer service to excel the customer experience, a real team player, knowledgeable in social media and up to date with the latest trends. We are looking for someone to assist our general manager in continuing to drive the business.
Role Breakdown:
- Daily Operations: Oversee restaurant operations, including scheduling shifts, balancing cash registers, and managing payroll.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train staff, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism.
- Customer Service: Handle customer complaints, resolve issues, and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory, food and beverage costs, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Financial Oversight: Assist with budgeting, tracking sales performance, and ensuring accurate payroll processing.
This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a commitment to maintaining a positive dining environment.
