This role provides operational leadership to the People Operations Team to ensure functional excellence. Reporting to the Head of People Operations, you are responsible for the day to day engine room of the team. This includes managing the People Operations help desk to ensure the business receives timely and accurate support while maintaining the technical integrity of Oracle Fusion HCM and the end to end employee lifecycle. You will have learning management system ownership - managing user uploads, course assignments etc., logistics & co-ordination, budget & invoicing & compliance tracking.
