Bovis is seeking a Project Manager to oversee fit-out packages on the Grade I listed Manchester Town Hall refurbishment project. You will lead project delivery, liaising with design, site teams, commercial, client teams and the supply chain to maximise value while preserving the building’s integrity.
You will ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental policies, manage costs, and guide the consultant team to minimise design risk and deliver against client expectations.
