Role Description
The Sales Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Fiddington.
This position is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing existing customer relationships, and expanding Bovill & Boyd’s presence across target industries.
Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting sales meetings and technical discussions, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating contracts.
The role also involves collaborating closely with the technical and production teams to understand product capabilities, translate customer requirements into feasible solutions, and ensure timely delivery.
The Sales Business Development Manager will track market trends, maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records, attend relevant industry events, and contribute to strategic planning to drive sustainable revenue growth.
