As a Sommelier, you will oversee all aspects of the wine service in the restaurant and contribute to the development of the wine list for the resort. This includes serving wine within the restaurant and bar, managing stock levels, and helping develop our teams to recommend and sell wines that complement guest tastes and menu choices.
What you’ll need?
- Previous experience in hospitality or with wines, ideally as a Sommelier or supplier;
- Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for sharing wine knowledge;
- A WSET level 3 or 4 diploma or equivalent Sommelier qualification is preferred but not essential, as training can be provided.
