As a Resort Porter, youâll be the first friendly face our guests meet, offering a warm welcome and seamless service from the moment they arrive. Youâll assist with luggage, escort guests to their rooms, and ensure our entrances and public areas are always immaculate. With a keen eye for detail, youâll provide information on our facilities, help with transport or deliveries, and support the front desk and concierge team.
The successful candidate for this role will be professional, knowledgeable and dedicated to delivering first-class experiences to guests and hotel residents. You will be highly attentive with strong communication and interpersonal skills and be confident building a relationship with guests and members of the hotel team. You will be friendly and enthusiastic with a drive to enhance quality service and in turn guest satisfaction.
