As Kitchen Porter, you will be a key member of our kitchen brigade, supporting our chefs in a wide range of tasks to ensure our standards of food excellence are maintained. Your main priority will be to ensure high levels of cleanliness in and around the kitchen to ensure everything is kept clean, tidy, safe and hygienic, at all times.
You will oversee the operation of pot washing machinery, carry out general cleaning including sweeping, mopping, emptying rubbish bins and boxes, moving deliveries into the correct storage areas and ensuring the bin area is kept clean and tidy on a daily basis. This role is as important as all of the roles within our kitchen and you will be working within an environment where you and the role are respected for the vital role you play within our kitchen operation.
