We offer minimum 37.5‑hour per week employment contracts. We understand that everyone's needs are different and are happy to discuss part‑time contracts to fit your schedule. Live‑in accommodation is available. Our hotel is in a very remote location and is not accessible by public transport.
Responsibilities
- Lead by example as the first friendly face our guests encounter, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth arrival experience.
- Manage the team of resort porters, coordinate luggage assistance, guest escorts, and the upkeep of entrances and public areas to the highest standards.
- Ensure seamless service across all guest touchpoints by providing information on facilities, assisting with transport or deliveries, and working closely with the reception team to uphold exceptional hospitality standards.
