Please note: our hotel is in a very remote location and is not accessible by public transport.
As a Pool Attendant, you will be a visible presence in and around the pool area, greeting guests and building a rapport with members or residents alike. You will be working within company and legal guidelines, keeping yourself, colleagues and customers safe within the pool area. This is a varied and interesting role that will encompass the pool and gym areas.
Your role will involve ensuring the pool, gym and changing areas are clean and tidy, towels are replenished, and guests adhere to session timings. A basic swimming ability is required to ensure safety around the pool area. Salary is based on a 16 hour working week.
What you’ll need:
- Fantastic interpersonal skills, friendly and enthusiastic;
- The confidence to build relationships with guests and members of the hotel team;
- Attention to detail with a common sense approach;
- Experience isn’t a deal breaker but a passion for looking after people and genuine interest in the leisure industry would be of benefit. Full training will be provided to enable you to feel confident in your role.
- This position may be subject to a DBS check.
