Eden Hotel Collection is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor at Bovey Castle, Devon. You will oversee all elements of our multi-outlet operation from fine dining to bar, lounge, and Brasserie, leading by example to deliver memorable service.
You'll manage a 30+ strong team, ensure guest satisfaction, train and develop staff, and collaborate with the Exec Chef and senior team to craft exceptional guest experiences in a remote, live-in setting.
