What you’ll be doing?
We are seeking an exceptional Brasserie Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our brasserie, ensuring outstanding service and a seamless guest experience in a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.
As the Brasserie Restaurant Manager , you will lead and inspire a team of hospitality professionals to ensure the efficient and successful operation of our brasserie. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing your team effectively, and maintaining the high standards our guests expect.
You will have previous experience in the hospitality industry – preferably with a hotel background, meeting, greeting and interacting with guests, ideally in an hotel environment but this is not essential.
