We're seeking an experienced Site Administrator/Project Coordinator to join our dynamic construction project team. You'll be the organizational backbone of our site operations, managing a diverse portfolio of administrative, IT, and communications responsibilities. Join us on an exciting hospital development project on Jersey. This is a key role within a busy construction project where your administrative expertise will directly impact project success. The scope of the role:

  • Oversee document management, filing systems, and contract administration across the project
  • Support IT operations: manage new starter/leaver setups, maintain server structures, and handle equipment
  • Create and maintain project communications: monthly newsletters, client reports, website updates, and welcome materials
  • Manage and coordinate Site Sports and Social Activities / Onsite events and external visits
  • Provide executive support to the Project Director/Manager with minutes, correspondence, and diary management
  • Ensure compliance with company H&S and equality policies
