Purpose of Role

The Senior Post Completion Officer / Team Lead plays a key role in ensuring a smooth, accountable, and service‑focused aftercare process. You will manage administrators and support operatives, act as a key client‑facing contact, monitor defect activity through internal platforms, and drive cost‑aware, process‑driven resolution. In the role you will work at the centre of the post‑completion process — coordinating activity, spotting trends, challenging delays, and ensuring service and commercial standards are met.
