Bouygues UK is looking for its future construction leaders! Are you studying a construction-related degree and looking to secure a placement year? We are excited to offer a Site Management Industrial Placement Year Student position to join us on a large-scale (~270M) project in Exeter. This is your chance to see a project come to life, giving you invaluable real‑life experience on site.

What You’ll Need

What You’ll Do

  • Assist the site manager in keeping the project on track according to the contract program
  • Oversee parts of the work to ensure safe execution, as directed
  • Attend site meetings when needed
  • Provide updates for Progress Reports if requested
  • Help the Site Manager with Inspection and Test Plans and make sure they meet the requirements
  • Ensure all work follows the latest information
  • Monitor and report any work/materials not meeting the required standards to the Site Manager
  • Get to know and follow the Company Health and Safety Policy
