We have a fantastic opportunity for a Building Services Manager to work on an exciting project in Exeter. The project is a large scale (~£270M) and long term (3 year duration) student accommodation scheme, comprising of 6 new-build blocks and a refurbishment of an existing block.
Job Purpose
To be the Lead Building Services Manager on site, in charge of all MEP packages for the project.
Key Tasks
- The scope to be managed is the production works related to:
- MEP scope of works for the entire project comprising:
- Refurbishment works in Birks Grange RF block
- New build activities in all new 6 Build blocks
- Interfaces with all trades
- Incoming services coordination
- Substation construction
- Liaison with the University when required for incoming services
- Packages range from Mechanical, Ventilation, Public health, Electrical, Sprinklers, access control, PV panels, LV connection, Substations.
