We are excited to be offering an opportunity for a Design Management Industrial Placement Year Student to join us on one of our construction projects in the Cardiff area. What You’ll Do
- Daily check on 4Projects for drawing status, highlighting any urgent actions required.
- Monitor the status of tasks on 4P that have been sent out to consultants.
- Attend design team meetings and workshops, taking minutes and documenting outcomes.
- Chase queries with designers.
- Check site dimensions for key interfaces.
- Chase as‑built and handover documentation.
- Review specifications to ensure the drawings reflect the same info.
- Monitor client requirements and outstanding actions.
- Check archived information for legacy issues.
- Ensure documentation on SharePoint is up‑to‑date.
