At Bouygues we require an experienced M&E Electrical Manager as we expand our team for a specific project based in Jersey. Bouygues operates an MEP Unbundled strategy, reducing reliance on external suppliers to improve quality, safety, and project control. You will build and lead effective relationships with MEP designers & BIM Coordinators to maximise value/opportunity and mitigate risk.
Skills Profile
- Substantial experience collaborating with a main contractor or large MEP subcontractor
- Degrees in an Electrical subject but we’d also consider people qualified by experience
- Proven in depth technical knowledge of Electrical MEP Services
- Proven people management (including mentoring) experience of managing/developing teams
- An effective analytical person
- Initiative-taking, with proven organisational ability and the drive to meet deadlines
- Client-driven with effective communication skills
- Advocate for Health and Safety
- Commercially astute

- Member of the MEP Unbundled Strategy Core Team involved and contributing to strategic planning, business decisions, and overall performance of the business region
- Ownership of key customer/consultant relationships, ensuring where possible mutually positive outcomes
