Position: Temporary Works Coordinator
Location: Suffolk

Your Role

  • Collaborate with our Temporary Works team to manage the execution of temporary works for the Sizewell C project.
  • Coordinate with all stakeholders involved in the design and construction phases to ensure seamless delivery and compliance.
  • Liaise with the client team to manage public impact, nuclear safety considerations, and approval processes.
  • Maintain and update the Temporary Works Register, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
  • Prepare and review design briefs, ensuring adherence to relevant codes and standards.
  • Manage design timelines and ensure completed designs meet the specified criteria.
  • Conduct inspections and ensure construction follows approved designs and methodologies.
  • Implement \”Learning from Experience\” reviews to capture insights for future projects.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven ability to communicate complex ideas effectively with a diverse range of colleagues.
  • A CSCS card to support onsite activities and compliance.
  • Experience relevant to the complexity and type of temporary works in infrastructure projects.
  • Understanding of Temporary Works Procedures in accordance with BS5975 standards.

Desirable Attributes

  • Formal qualifications such as HNC or Degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in similar large-scale projects and temporary works management.
