About the Company I am recruiting directly for the Civil Works Alliance (CWA), and I am searching for a motivated Project Engineer to lead a multi-disciplinary team as we deliver Sizewell C—a ground-breaking 3.2-gigawatt power station providing low-carbon electricity for around 6 million homes. This is a rare opportunity to help shape the UK’s energy future for generations to come. As part of the CWA, you will work alongside experts from Sizewell C, Balfour Beatty, Bouygues Travaux Publics, and Laing O’Rourke. You’ll play a key role in a collaborative, innovative environment, where diverse ideas and backgrounds drive our success. Responsibilities Provide management, leadership and control of a team comprising Sub Agents, Section Engineers, Site Engineers and Foremen Motivate, coach and develop your team, monitoring competencies and performance Ensure a relentless focus on Zero Harm and set targets aligned with project objectives Carry out Safety
