Position Overview: HR Systems and Data Manager

At CWA, we seek an HR Systems and Data Manager to lead the optimization, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR technology and data analytics across our alliance. You will ensure our HR systems are efficient, user-friendly, and aligned with workforce needs, while promoting data-driven decision-making.

This role offers the opportunity to work within the Civil Works Alliance (CWA) supporting the development of Sizewell C, a 3.2-gigawatt power station dedicated to low-carbon electricity generation for 6 million homes, providing reliable, clean energy for at least 60 years.

What You\’ll Be Doing

  • HR Systems Management: Lead the implementation and maintenance of HRIS, ATS, and LMS systems. Collaborate with IT, vendors, and HR stakeholders to ensure seamless functionality.
  • Data Analytics & Reporting: Develop HR dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and SQL. Provide insights to inform decision-making, ensuring data quality and governance.
  • Strategic & Operational Support: Use data insights for strategic planning and organizational development. Drive automation and serve as an expert in HR data governance.

  • Educational Background: Degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years in HR systems and data analytics roles.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Oracle HCM) and analytical tools like Power BI and Tableau.
