VOS MISSIONS
- En tant que Responsable du Développement Foncier, vous serez en charge de détecter et d’exploiter les opportunités foncières.
- En vous appuyant sur votre réseau d’apporteurs d’affaires et à vos actions de prospection, vous créez et étudiez les projets de logements (collectif, individuel ou résidences gérées).
- Avec l’aide de vos interlocuteurs internes et externes, vous étudiez leurs faisabilités technique et économique.
- Vous négociez auprès des propriétaires et enfin une fois la promesse de vente signée, vous transmettez les dossiers au responsable de programme.
- Vous vous tenez informé sur les questions de développement et d’urbanisme afin d’anticiper les évolutions du secteur.
- Vous participez à l’identification des appels d’offres fonciers et les analysez pour préparer une éventuelle réponse en accord avec la stratégie de développement de l’agence.
VOTRE PROFIL
- De formation supérieure, vous disposez d'une expérience en développement foncier et prospection foncière directe.
- Au-delà de vos expériences, vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre excellent relationnel et votre capacité de négociation.
- Votre énergie, curiosité et positivité sont des atouts indéniables.
- Vous savez vous montrer persévérant(e), audacieux(se) et ambitieux.
