VOS MISSIONS

  • Prospection
  • DĂ©tecter des terrains, des sites Ă  potentiels Ă  partir de la prospection d’une opportunitĂ© ou d’une demande ou d’un besoin d’une collectivitĂ©
  • Effectuer une veille sur l’ensemble des opportunitĂ©s foncières et les Ă©volutions d’urbanisme de son secteur
  • Identifier les appels d’offres fonciers et les analyser pour prĂ©parer une Ă©ventuelle rĂ©ponse en accord avec la stratĂ©gie de dĂ©veloppement de l’agence
  • Animer un rĂ©seau d’apporteurs d’affaires
  • Etude de faisabilitĂ© et nĂ©gociation des projets
    • Analyse des besoins et opportunitĂ©s de son territoire
    • Lancer, piloter et concevoir l'Ă©tude de faisabilitĂ© en recherchant les meilleurs standards environnementaux, en collaboration avec l’architecte, le service conception et les services commerciaux
    • Analyser les risques juridiques et administratifs avec l’appui du service juridique
    • Proposer un bilan financier rĂ©pondant aux critères de rentabilitĂ© dĂ©finis par la Direction GĂ©nĂ©rale
    • Etablir une relation de confiance avec les propriĂ©taires fonciers et les acteurs locaux
    • PrĂ©parer la proposition foncière Ă  soumettre au propriĂ©taire
    • PrĂ©senter le projet pour validation en ComitĂ© d' Engagement
    • NĂ©gocier et finaliser les accords fonciers avec les propriĂ©taires par la signature d’une promesse de vente
    • TransfĂ©rer le projet Ă  l’équipe opĂ©rationnelle et assurer le relationnel avec les propriĂ©taires si besoin jusqu’à l’acquisition du foncier
  • ReprĂ©sentation locale
    • Participer et s’assurer de la reprĂ©sentation de Bouygues Immobilier auprès des Ă©lus et des services municipaux
    • Constituer, faire vivre et fidĂ©liser son rĂ©seau d’acteurs clĂ©s (acteurs locaux, apporteurs d’affaires…)
    • Analyser les acteurs locaux et connaĂ®tre les enjeux de dĂ©veloppement de son territoire

    VOTRE PROFIL

    • Ecole de commerce, Ecole d’ingĂ©nieurs avec une spĂ©cialisation en urbanisme ou en travaux publics, Master (juridique, gestion, urbanisme, immobilier)
    • ExpĂ©rience requise dans le domaine de la promotion immobilière, en amĂ©nagement public ou privĂ©, ou en montage d’opĂ©rations immobilières.
    • Excellent relationnel permettant d’adresser une multitude d’interlocuteurs.
    • CuriositĂ©, persĂ©vĂ©rance et audace sont des qualitĂ©s attendues.
