VOS MISSIONS
- Prospection foncière : à partir des documents du PLU (sourcing des fonciers, mise à jour de la base de données des terrains, démarchage des propriétaires (en physique majoritairement), appels téléphoniques pour prise de contact et rdv).
- Développement du réseau des acteurs locaux (notaires, architectes, élus, etc).
- Etude de faisabilité architecturale (plan masse etc…), financière (bilan de l'opération), commerciale (étude de marché dans le neuf et l’ancien), étude juridique et technique.
- Négociation foncière (sous la responsabilité du responsable développement).
- Participation à l'élaboration des Comités d'engagement.
- Veilles concurrentielles.

- Connaissances en urbanisme (lecture PLU, etc).
- Capacités de négociation.
- Très bon relationnel.
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques.
