VOS MISSIONS
- Rattaché(e) au Directeur d'Agence Dunkerque Côte d'Opale, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l’identification et la valorisation des opportunités foncières de l’agence de Dunkerque.
- Détecter et qualifier de nouvelles opportunités foncières, grâce à vos actions de prospection ciblée et à l’animation de votre réseau d’apporteurs d’affaires.
- Concevoir et analyser des projets immobiliers (logements collectifs, individuels ou résidences gérées), en tenant compte des spécificités du territoire et des besoins du marché.
- Étudier la faisabilité technique, réglementaire, urbanistique et économique des opérations, en collaboration avec les équipes internes et les partenaires externes.
- Participer aux négociations foncières avec les propriétaires, en contribuant à la sécurisation des promesses de vente.
- Transmettre les dossiers finalisés au responsable de programme pour la phase de montage opérationnel.
- Assurer une veille active sur l’urbanisme, les réglementations, les dynamiques territoriales et les évolutions du marché afin d’anticiper les opportunités et risques pour l’agence.
- Identifier et analyser les appels d’offres fonciers, et contribuer à la préparation des réponses dans le respect de la stratégie de développement locale.
- Collaborer étroitement avec le Directeur du développement, dans un environnement dynamique, stimulant et orienté résultats.
VOTRE PROFIL
- Étudiant(e) en alternance au sein d’une formation spécialisée en commerce, immobilier ou ingénierie, vous préparez une formation Bac+2 à Bac+5.
