VOS MISSIONS
Nous recherchons un(e) alternant(e) au sein de la Direction Consultations IDF. Vous participerez à l’identification des appels d’offres publiques, structuration des offres et coordinations des différents acteurs du projet. Vous aurez pour missions principales :
- Réalisation d’une veille des futures consultations, des innovations, des nouveaux acteurs.
- Analyse des cahiers des charges, identification des enjeux stratégiques des projets, constitution de l’équipe (architecte, paysagiste, BET, etc.).
- Pilotage des dossiers des réponses (suivi du projet architectural, réalisation du bilan, analyse juridique, coordination des différents interlocuteurs internes et externes, constitution du dossier, respect des échéances).
- Maillage réseau (architecte, paysagistes, BET, etc.).
Ce poste vous permettra d’avoir une vision 360° sur l’ensemble des métiers de Bouygues Immobilier et une vision stratégique et opérationnelle du montage de projets immobiliers multi-produits.
VOTRE PROFIL
Ecole de commerce ou d’ingénieur avec une spécialisation en urbanisme ou en immobilier, Master (urbanisme, immobilier). Appétence pour dans le domaine de la promotion immobilière, en aménagement public ou privé, ou en montage d’opérations immobilières.
Capacité rédactionnelle et esprit de synthèse, Rigueur et organisation, Aisance relationnelle, Être curieux et force de proposition.
