Bouygues UK have a challenging opportunity for a Managing/Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team supporting recladding projects across London and the South East.
The primary location of this role will be at our head office, close to Waterloo station, although site visits will also be a key part of the role.
The Projects are around the London Region and are either at the negotiation stage or are just starting procurement.
Your base will be at the London Office (Waterloo) or from time to time on one of the live Projects, as well as working from home in line with Bouygues policy.
Bouygues UK, in partnership with the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) will embark on a transformative redevelopment of Bankside House.
The new 1,945-bed student residence, located at 24 Sumner Street, SE1 – just steps from Tate Modern and the heart of Bankside’s cultural district – will break ground in 2027 and is scheduled to open before September 2032.
The scheme represents one of the largest purpose-built student accommodation developments in central London replacing the existing mid-century office conversion with a landmark piece of civic architecture.
The project will deliver high-quality, affordable student living and create new public amenities for the Bankside community.

To optimise projects’ net profitability and cash performance.
Lead & manage & advise on matters relating to Client Contract & Value.
Lead & manage the Procurement of Subcontractors and the Contractual & Financial management of Subcontractors Lead in the identification and management of risks and opportunities.
Provide accurate reports and forecasts of activity and net margin, utilising company tools & procedures.
Collaborate with the Production Director & keep the Commercial Director briefed on key issues and concerns.
