The Role
The Graduate Assistant Site Manager will learn and develop the skills necessary to support the project in the coordination and control of the onsite construction process. You will be enrolled onto our graduate programme: a two-year structured training scheme designed to enhance and develop soft skills and technical capability through a blend of classroom-based learning and on-the-job training. We will provide you with the support and mechanisms to build a successful career, including support with chartership.
What you'll need
- A 2:1 or above in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (or similar).
- A genuine interest in the construction industry.
