Responsibilities
- The Graduate Assistant Site Manager will learn and develop the skills necessary to support the project in the coordination and control of the onsite construction process.
- Enrolled onto our graduate programme, a two-year structured training scheme designed to enhance and develop soft skills and technical capability through a blend of classroom-based learning and on-the-job training.
- Support and mechanisms to build a successful career, including support with chartership.
