Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize preventive maintenance for the 58 tower cranes across the different platforms every 4 weeks.
- Create and manage the maintenance schedule in the GMAO.
- Ensure that the work orders are properly completed and closed after each intervention.
- Organize and schedule visits by third-party organizations for the 58 tower cranes, at variable frequency (between 1 and 6 months depending on requirements).
- Track the interventions and their reports in the GMAO.
- Prepare a list of tasks to be performed during preventive maintenance following observations from third-party inspections or internal preventive visits.
- Prioritize and schedule these corrective or preventive actions.
- Manage the procurement of spare parts required for preventive maintenance and identified corrective actions.
- Manage Visual Task Sheets (VTS) related to his activities.
- Book and monitor subcontractor teams for interventions, when necessary.
- Manage “pick tickets” in the GMAO: Handle pick tickets (preparation/requisition orders for parts) in relation to his maintenance activities.
- Organize and lead regular meetings with the site manager to plan upcoming interventions.
