At Bouygues Energies & Services, we are expanding our specialist team and looking for experienced Project Managers to deliver excellence in M&E and fit out works across complex, regulated environments. The Role Lead, manage, and support a team to deliver projects safely, on time, and to the highest standards. Oversee M&E and fit out works from concept through to commissioning and handover. Ensure compliance with all quality, environmental, and health & safety standards. Coordinate site activities and subcontractors, chair meetings, and track progress. Support project planning, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Provide operational guidance and contribute to best practice development. The Person Essential Criteria Proven experience working with a main contractor or large subcontractor. Strong leadership and team development skills. Background in MEP project management. Excellent problem-solving and organisational abilities. Client-focused with the ability to build strong client relationships and strong communication skills. Excellent team working skills. Health & Safety awareness and commercial acumen. Desirable Criteria Experience in the Pharmaceutical, cleanroom, or healthcare environments. Familiarity with controlled environments and commissioning processes. Degree or equivalent in a Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services discipline.
