To carry out all Purchase Ledger activities to a competent standard and ensuring the Company’s financial transactions are recorded accurately.
Responsibilities:
- You should have some software knowledge of a finance system.
- Detail focused & organised.
- Calm, professional and drive to offer excellent service to our suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Your educational level should demonstrate abilities in numerical subjects.
- Managing the Purchase Ledger functions based on assigned letters of the alphabet and for multiple legal entities.
- Verify/process all invoices and credit notes following procedures in SAP.
- Reconcile supplier and sub-contractor statements and work with the vendors and our businesses to resolve past due invoices.
- Actively monitor the shared Mailbox account and within policies.
- Weekly payment runs for multiple entities.
- Maintain well organised and accurate filing, following the tidy desk policy.
