As part of Bouygues Construction's Public Works division, VSL International participates in the construction of major technical structures and guarantees their structural safety and durability: transport infrastructure (bridges, tunnels), industrial and energy production structures, and commercial buildings.

As part of our continued growth across major civil engineering and specialist geotechnical projects, VSL UK is expanding its site operations teams and is currently seeking experienced professionals across a range of site leadership roles, including:
- Foremen
- Supervisors
- Superintendents
We are particularly interested in candidates with strong experience within ground engineering and specialist civil works, specifically involving:
- Diaphragm Walls
- Cutter Soil Mixing (CSM)
- Piling & Deep Foundations
- Retaining Structures
- Ground Improvement Solutions
Successful candidates will have previous experience supervising and coordinating complex construction activities, managing specialist plant and subcontractors, overseeing daily site operations, and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with programme and quality requirements.
We are looking for individuals with proven experience working within major infrastructure, heavy civil engineering, tunnelling, marine, highways, rail, or specialist foundation environments, where safety, operational excellence, and strong site leadership are critical to successful project delivery.
We are open to professionals with different levels of seniority, whether you are currently leading crews on site, managing specialist subcontractors, or overseeing the delivery of large-scale geotechnical construction packages.
