We are looking for a Senior HR Manager / Head of HR to be based in our Bristol office in Bradley Stoke and the Hinkley Point C site in Bridgwater.
Your Role
As Senior HR Manager / Head of HR, you will be a key member of the management team, ensuring operational excellence and the overall HR strategy for all staff (150 employees). Ensure legal compliance (including NAECI, blue‑collar legislation, and migrant sponsorship rules); manage industrial relations in a unionized environment; lead HR initiatives to foster engagement, performance, and talent development. Work closely with project leadership while benefiting from support from HR teams in the UK and France; dedicated HR team will be planned as the project grows.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage workforce administration under NAECI agreements and blue‑collar legislation.
- Lead both operational teams and support functions.
- Design and implement communication and consultation strategies with employee representatives and unions.
- Support managers in performance management, conflict resolution, and change management.
- Ensure compliance of HR practices and application of company policies.
- Develop continuous improvement and HR innovation initiatives.
- Provide relevant HR data analysis to support decision‑making.
- Oversee accurate and timely payroll data submission.

- Proven expertise in HR management, particularly in managing migrant workers and UK sponsorship procedures.
