Bouygues UK has an exciting opportunity available for a Graduate Assistant Site Manager to join our Southwest & Wales region. We are working on a variety of projects across the region and have a strong pipeline ahead of us!

The Graduate Assistant Site Manager will learn and develop the skills necessary to support the project in the co-ordination and control of the onsite construction process. You would be enrolled onto our graduate programme which is a two-year structured training scheme. The programme is designed to enhance and develop soft skills and technical capability through a blend of classroom-based learning and on the job training. We will provide you with the support and mechanisms to build a successful career, including support with chartership.

What you’ll need:

  • A 2:1 or above in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (or similar)
  • A genuine interest in the construction industry!
