Who are we looking for? We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer (mid-weight) to join our highly motivated creative team, primarily to work on the creation of our Paid Media and Digital assets. This position would be suited to a hard‑working, creative team player who is looking to flex their skills in this fast‑paced fashion brand.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Drives forward the customer experience and sales potential by developing and executing creative design ideas and visual solutions to meet business objectives.
- Delivers design and supporting artwork in line with the brand look and feel.
- Work collaboratively with cross functional teams including buying, Design, Marketing and eCommerce.
- Digital concept mock‑ups and a strong eye for conceptualising ideas.
- Responsible for artwork across digital design (emails, social and website assets, presentations).
- Design and develop graphics that fill the brief and are fit for purpose, highly original and in line with brand guidelines and aesthetics.
- Propose new concepts to continue to establish the visual signature across brands.
- Gather research, create mood boards and generate ideas.
- Have a comprehensive understanding of fashion trends along with competitor launches.
What skills do you need to succeed?
- Highly confident in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop (Premiere Pro, After Effects essential).
- Strong typography skills are a plus.
- Must have experience in creating strong social media assets and understand best practice.
- Being able to adopt our brand aesthetic and guidelines with ease while always seeking out new and innovative ways of doing things and contributing these ideas to the team.
- Great time management skills to ensure we hit all deadlines.
- A strong eye for detail ensuring work is checked, and accurate before sharing with both internal and external teams.
- A commercial and creative eye to help ensure our output moves the dial!
- Web / Graphic Design or similar qualification.
- A portfolio that showcases good layout design, typography and an understanding of design for digital platforms (iPad, mobile, on-screen).
- Experience of Adobe CC suite.
- Experience of producing for social media platforms (video editing essential).
- Strong highly developed interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, with the ability to work effectively with both internal stakeholders and external agencies.
- Must work accurately and fast.
- Should be able to demonstrate resilience and drive, with the desire to succeed.
- Team player with a positive personality who works calmly under pressure – no divas need apply!
