About Boux Avenue
Boux Avenue is a London‑based lingerie, nightwear and swimwear brand with 27 stores across the UK and a thriving ecommerce business. Founded in 2011, the brand offers an "accessible luxury" aesthetic and provides free expert bra fitting in all stores. Inclusive sizing ranges from 28–40, A‑G cups and 6–18.
Your Duties
- Maximise sales by delivering excellent selling and service.
- Support the Store Manager in recruiting, developing and motivating the team.
- Act as a brand ambassador and inspire the team.
- Maintain all management controls, including stock, security, admin, cost control, health & safety, and shrinkage.
- Introduce new promotions, loyalty schemes and bra fitting procedures to colleagues and customers.
- Provide effective, timely feedback on achievement of goals, targets and objectives.
- Coach colleagues to deliver the Boux Avenue shopping experience consistently.
- Help the Store Manager drive and deliver Balanced Score Card objectives.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in retail management (supervisor level or above).
- Passion and enthusiasm for the Boux brand.
- Experience in a fast‑paced, multi‑tasking environment.
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Strong team‑motivation skills and utilisation of diverse strengths.
- Excellent scheduling and problem‑solving skills to ensure the right people are in the right place.
- Ability to react quickly to change and implement it positively.
- Clear, strong communication skills.
