Boux Avenue is the cool, young, London-based lingerie, nightwear and swimwear brand, with 27 stores across the UK and a thriving ecommerce business. Founded in April 2011, the brand describes its core aesthetic as a blend of the sweet and the sexy, with its bi-annual collections designed by their in-house team. Pitched at what the brand calls an 'accessible luxury' price tag, Boux Avenue's reputation is founded not only on the femininity of its products, but also on their quality, comfort and fit, backed up with the offer of a free and expert bra fit service in all of its stores. No matter what your age, size or style, Boux Avenue is an inclusive brand for everybody.
This is a pivotal, execution focused role within our digital product team, reporting to the Head of Digital Product. You will bridge the gap between agreed product priorities and shipped digital product, owning the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for new site features, technical projects, and operational integrations.
Instead of high-level strategy, your focus will be on the ‘how’: gathering detailed requirements, writing bulletproof user stories, managing project timelines, and leading the QA and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes. You will also serve as the primary technical point of contact for day-to-day site health and incident management. You are accountable for turning agreed priorities into working, tested and released digital products on time and to high quality.
- Requirements & Business Analysis: Partner with Ecommerce Trading, Retail, and Marketing teams to translate agreed product requirements into highly detailed technical specifications, functional requirements, and developer-ready Jira user stories.
- Delivery: Lead execution of agreed projects, for example launching new carrier/locker delivery methods and site performance/speed optimisation programmes against timelines and scope agreed with the Head of Digital Product.
- End-to-End QA Testing: Own the testing lifecycle for digital projects, including writing test scripts, executing manual regression testing, conducting cross-device/mobile responsiveness checks, and verifying that back-end data flows accurately.
- UAT & Stakeholder Sign-off: Structure and lead User Acceptance Testing sessions with business stakeholders, ensuring that deliverables meet the original business requirements and are defect-free before deployment.
- Incident Management & Triage: Act as the central triage point for critical site bugs, investigating issues to isolate whether they are user error, edge cases, or core system failures, and raising precise tickets for developers.
- Release & Timeline Management: Co-ordinate release schedules with external development partners and eCommerce platform providers, communicating regular, clear project status updates to the wider business.
3+ Years of Experience: Proven track record as a Digital Project Manager, Business Analyst, or Delivery-focused Product Manager, specifically within a fast-paced retail or e-commerce environment.
- Strong BA & Agile Skills: Expert-level capability in gathering technical requirements, drafting functional specs, and managing backlogs within Jira or Confluence.
- Hands-on QA/Testing Experience: Comfortable writing test cases and getting involved in manual system, regression, and data-flow testing.
- Commercial Judgment & Prioritisation: Ability to ruthlessly prioritise delivery tasks balancing planned project milestones against immediate, critical site bugs.
- Communication & Resilience: Ability to translate complex technical blockers into plain English for non-technical stakeholders, managing expectations under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Competitive salary, 33 days annual leave, inclusive of bank holidays, fun working environment with regular social events, eligible to join the enhanced pension scheme after 12 months service, and staff discounts across the brands within Theo Paphitis Retail Group.
